Sinigang sa Miso is a soup that I love to cook whenever it is cold or rainy. This version of Sinigang soup is blended with bean curd paste, which gives it a very unique flavor. To make this even tastier, I used an Atlantic salmon fish instead of the usual milkfish. I have included the actual brand of the ingredients in the pictures so that you will get the same results that I have. Enjoy!
