Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over for shells

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, bite-size cut
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2/3 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crabmeat, mussels, bell peppers, red onion, lettuce, and cilantro.
