Ingredients

  • 1kg ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 piece of sliced onion
  • 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1 piece sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 large diced potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat.
  2. Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes until soft.
  3. Add the ground pork and cover with lid.
  4. Season with fish sauce, stir and bring to a boil. (15 minutes)
  5. Mix in the bell peppers and then the potatoes and simmer for 12 more minutes
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Serve and enjoy
