Though originated from China, Misua has become one of the Filipinos’ go-to dishes. Known for its thin and delicate salted noodles yet so soft when cooked together with tasty ground pork, and a healthy Bottle Gourd (Calabash), it has been loved by our seniors and young people for decades. A budget friendly soup that will keep you full and so easy to prepare.
