Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 3/4 cup Sprite
- 3/4 cup fried garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce
- salt to taste
Directions
- Bring Sprite soda to a boil then add pepper and fish sauce
- Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes then turn and cover
- When shrimp is cooked, drain and remove the liquid
- Add garlic, butter and sugar
- Mix and cook for a few more minutes under low to medium heat
- Add salt to taste
- Serve hot and enjoy
