Dinengdeng (Laswa) with shrimp

Ingredients

  • Mix vegetables
  • Eggplants
  • Green beans
  • Bitter lemon
  • Squash
  • Patola
  • Spinach
  • Ginger
  • Onions
  • Fresh shrimp

Directions

  1. Boil water (about 6 cups)
  2. Add sliced ginger and onions
  3. Add cubes of shrimp stock
  4. When water starts boiling put all your prepared cut vegetables
  5. Add the clean fresh shrimp
  6. Season with salt and pepper and patis (fish sauce)
  7. Keep boiling for about 10 minutes (don’t overcook your vegetables)
  8. Serve hot and enjoy
