The first time I had spaghetti carbonara was in the Philippines, and it quickly became one of my favorite dishes. Filipinos love spaghetti and they enjoy it most when the sauce is sweet. This Spaghetti Carbonara has a white creamy consistency due to its sauteed Shiitake mushroom base, but also includes bacon bits for flavor profile variety that kids will be excited about trying too! Try this recipe out today– let me know how things go in your household 🙂
