In our home we grill a lot of food and this Pinoy Grilled Chicken is another family favorite. The grilled chicken is marinated in a blend of sweet and flavorful mixture that everyone will love. It’s best to grill this chicken using charcoal or you can also use a smoker box to release a flavor rich smoke that makes the chicken meat taste nice and smoky.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup Tomato or Banana catsup
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 6 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Ground black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Beer
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge
- Grill and turn chicken until cooked (internal temperature of 74°C / 165°F)
- Serve hot with your favorite vinegar or soy sauce
